Delivery and Collection Executive
Delivery and Collection Executive
Owns the implementation of the Delivery & Collection strategy plans, including but not limited to the launch of marketing and promotional campaigns, new menus and T&L initiatives.
Liaising with a broad cross function team and 3rd parties to ensure a seamless experience for customers and operations, and commercial performance of promotional campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborates with wide cross-functional team to gain deeper understanding to support analysis and to inform potential areas of improvement
- Builds strong relationships with business partners (e.g. Deliveroo; Just Eat; Uber Eats; Deliverect; Peroni; etc) to seamlessly implement new platform initiatives such as promotional and marketing campaigns
- Role model and champion the Leadership Framework and PizzaExpress values, supporting the Delivery & Collection team to grow Dine Out channels
- Team Player - Actively contributes and works together with the Delivery & Collection and Cross-functional team, in order to complete tasks, meet goals or manage projects.
What you'll need:
- Degree or similar qualification in business / maths / other similar
- Advanced analytical skills
- Good excel capability
- Strong relationship builder
