Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.

Your focus:

• Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service
• Work as part of a team
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely “consult.”
• Have strong ownership and accountability.
• Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
• Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.

The team consists of 3-10 BA’s store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. All your colleague’s strong passionate people from a diverse background that each have something unique to bring to the business. Working in the team, you are not only surrounded by exceptional knowledge but also an unprecedented amount of passion for customer service.
