A long-standing, highly valued client of the agency is seeking an exceptional rota nanny to join an established, professional childcare team caring for a bright and energetic 7-year-old boy. This is a rare opportunity for a career nanny with an exemplary track record in UHNW households, who is seeking a long-term, collaborative position within a fully staffed, well-run home.

Location: Central London, with extensive international travel during school holidays
Rota: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (within a team of three: two rota nannies and a weekend nanny)

You will work in close partnership with the existing rota nanny to ensure absolute consistency, continuity, and the highest standards of care. The family greatly value discretion, professionalism, and longevity, and are seeking a nanny who is equally committed to a long-term placement.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for all aspects of the child’s care during your rota, maintaining established routines while fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing attentive, high-level care from wake-up through to bedtime
Managing school runs and liaising with the school (term-time hours 08:30–15:20)
Planning and accompanying the child to engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
Supporting a balanced lifestyle, including outdoor play, sports, and creative pursuits
Overseeing mealtimes in collaboration with the household chef, encouraging excellent manners and a healthy, varied diet
Managing bath and bedtime routines with a structured, calm approach
Travelling internationally with the family during holidays, working seamlessly alongside the rota team
Ensuring clear, detailed handovers and ongoing communication with the other nanny

Candidate Profile
Extensive experience within UHNW or fully staffed households (essential)
Proven longevity in previous roles is a key requirement
Confident rota nanny with excellent organisational and communication skills
Energetic, engaging, and physically active, with a genuine love of working with school-aged children
Highly discreet, polished, and professional at all times
A strong team player, experienced in working harmoniously alongside household staff
Confident swimmer and happy to be hands-on during travel
Relevant childcare qualifications preferred

EU passport essential due to the family’s international travel requirements.

Additional Information
Private bedroom and bathroom provided when on duty (top floor accommodation)
The household is fully staffed, including chef, driver, house manager, housekeeping team, and security
The child attends holiday camps when in London outside of term time
Remuneration
