- Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- Accustomed to managing data, forecasting demand and supporting in-season decisions
- Able to influence, challenge and communicate confidently with suppliers and internal teams
- Organised, deadline-driven and able to manage your own priorities effectively
- A collaborative team player who enjoys coaching and supporting junior talent
What you’ll be doing
- Playing a key role in managing the Petite range plan end-to-end, ensuring accuracy of data and timely raising of purchase orders
- Keeping PO trackers updated and working with Product Development and Buying so no information or action is missed
- Building reports and insights through Board to support range reviews and lessons-learned analysis with senior management
- Leading in-season trading for allocated Petite categories, including analysing performance, presenting at trade meetings and recommending actions
- Challenging suppliers on delivery issues, proposing commercial solutions and supporting the Merchandiser on negotiation strategies
- Ensuring progress-meeting actions across Buying, Merch and Tech are completed to safeguard delivery and product availability
- Managing line-carded product to avoid out-of-stocks, accurately forecasting sales and stock movements to maintain continuity
- Monitoring online performance, intake and phasing, flagging risks early and recommending changes to future buys, stock flow or cancellations
- Owning your workload, building effective cross-functional relationships and becoming a key voice within the team
- Acting as first point of contact for Merchandising across the Petite supply base and supporting the development of the Trainee Merchandiser
What we’ll do for you
- Provide you with a competitive salary
- Company pension
- Generous employee discount
- Company bonus scheme
- Health & Wellbeing perks
- Plus many more
