The Role

• Lesson preparation: Prepare practical equipment and materials before lessons.

• Laboratory support: Assist teachers during practical activities where required.

• Equipment maintenance: Check, clean and safely store scientific equipment.

• Chemical management: Assist with the safe storage and handling of chemicals.

• Stock management: Monitor supplies and inform the Senior Technician when replenishment is required.

• Laboratory organisation: Ensure preparation rooms and laboratories remain orderly.
