  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across post-production systems, including storage and file-based workflows, in time-critical situations.
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical incident response, maintaining service continuity and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support production and editorial users effectively.
  • Recognised experience in a similar role.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSR) certification or equivalent experience supporting enterprise Avid environments.
  • EVS certification and hands-on experience supporting EVS platforms including XT, XS, XTA servers, IPDirector and databases.

  • Experience working with virtualised or cloud-based systems, including virtual machines and containerised platforms.
  • Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation using tools such as AutoCAD, including system diagrams and layouts.

If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we’d love to hear from you and encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
