Commercial Sales & Partnerships Manager

The Growth Foundation
London

About the company

A global nail salon brand is looking for a Commercial Sales and Partnerships Manager to join their growing team in London. Founded with the mission to elevate the customer experience, they focus on providing high-quality, reliable treatments in a luxurious and stylish environment.

They have grown from a single location to a multi-site operation internationally. This growth has been recognised with industry awards, and the company has attracted a notable following, including celebrity clientele and collaborations with other luxury brands.

About the role

This pivotal role involves managing strategic partnerships for our direct-to-consumer commercial partnerships offerings while also proactively identifying and securing high-value corporate events and group bookings. The manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to collaborating with operations for seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all revenue channels: Commercial Partnerships, Corporate Sales, and High-Value Group Bookings.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party experience providers (e.g., Red Letter Days, Buyagift) to expand the reach of our vouchers and gift packages.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value corporate clients for events.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and proposal submission to closing the sale.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of non-salon gifting sales
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and partnership clients, nurturing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and present bespoke event proposals and packages tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless handover and flawless execution of all events where necessary
  • Monitor and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the combined areas of focus, including revenue, new client acquisition, and average order value (AOV).

About you

Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, and partnership management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
