Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime shifts only

We're looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, creating freshly made, globally inspired dishes for our clients. Based in our bright and spacious production kitchen in South Bermondsey, you'll work with high-quality seasonal ingredients, cooking everything from scratch and contributing to a daily-changing menu.

This role has been created to provide cover during a period of long-term absence and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within Fooditude's culinary team. While the position is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term basis, there may be the potential for it to become a permanent role in the future, subject to business needs and available opportunities.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

We Are Looking for a Chef de Partie Who:

Has experience working with fresh produce in a high-volume environment

Can work calmly with an organised and methodical approach

Is a team player who is willing to pitch in and help when needed

Has excellent attention to detail when following recipes

Has a good understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
