Whether you're streamlining a process, launching a product, or supporting a colleague, you'll be making a difference every day. Here's how you'll make an impact in this role:
You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:- Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
- Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
- Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
- Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
- Presenting our brand value propositions and value added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
- Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products
- Salary circa £55,000 depending on experience
- Performance related annual bonus up to £60,000
- £600 monthly car allowance
- Private pension up to 10% company contribution

- Clear med device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
- Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
- Proven exposure to C suite levle negotiations
- Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
- Well developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong multichannel solution selling background
