As a Salesforce Financial Services Delivery Lead you will:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Salesforce projects or workstreams, ensuring work is planned, executed, and governed effectively.
- Support the definition of scope, milestones, and timelines; maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and ensure alignment to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies to enable smooth execution across all delivery phases.
- Track progress, identify risks and issues, and drive proactive mitigation or escalation through the Programme Lead.
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, governance processes, and quality standards.
- Support delivery QA reviews, documentation, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and manage resourcing for assigned workstreams, including onboarding and allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Leads, Technical Leads, and Business Analysts to balance priorities and workloads.
- Act as a delivery liaison with clients, providing structured progress updates and supporting governance and steering forums.
- Promote delivery discipline, quality, and consistency across teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Support the professional development of junior team members through guidance and mentoring.
- Contribute to practice initiatives, including playbook creation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Salesforce project delivery - managing multi-workstream Salesforce or equivalent cloud platform projects end-to-end.
- Project management and agile delivery - strong grasp of project lifecycle, sprint planning, and release management.
- Cross-functional coordination - proven ability to manage dependencies and align diverse technical and functional teams.
- Stakeholder management - confident communicating with senior stakeholders and maintaining transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Delivery governance - ensuring adherence to established frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical thinking - strong attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Collaboration and leadership - ability to inspire teams, promote accountability, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Consultant, or AI Agentforce Specialist).
- Project management certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe Agile, or equivalent.
- Experience coordinating nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to drive quality outcomes under pressure.
- Passion for mentoring, developing teams, and promoting delivery excellence.
