Employment Lawyer
AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a UK & International law firm in the heart of London, who are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer as they seek to grow the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as first point of contact for the team on employment law matters
- Advising on future changes in employment law and day to day HR support
- Policies and procedures, dismissals an settlement agreements
- Corporate support, TUPE and share schemes
- employment disputes
- restructures and reorganisations
- Leading on and progressing business development opportunities both for new and existing clients
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4 years+ PQE Employment Law experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload Genuine interest in working with international clients.
- Broad employment law experience, with an inclination to focus on matters of a non–contentious nature.
- Positive and proactive attitude
