Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the sales organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze key performance indicators, and drive process improvements that maximize business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic planning will be instrumental in supporting leadership decision-making and driving growth.

This is a 12-months paternal leave cover, where onsite presence 3x/week is required in Central London.

What You’ll Do:

• Support leadership in strategic, business, and operational planning, including key meetings and offsites.
• Identify, scope, and deliver critical projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Drive efficient processes for KPIs, revenue reporting, annual planning, quota setting, and more.
• Collaborate with global teams to scale best practices and ensure alignment with global processes.
• Conduct revenue analysis, identify growth trends, and present insights to EMEA leadership.
• Lead EMEA-wide projects and implement global initiatives locally.
• Handle ad-hoc business requests autonomously.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• ​Min. 5 years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in consulting, digital media industry, quantitative fields (e.g., investment banking, private equity), or similar tech companies.
• Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience extracting data from large/complex databases.
• Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
