- Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear, timely, and proactive communication to customers
- Build strong relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and logistics partners
- Lead, coach, and support AOG Operators, ensuring strong performance across shifts
- Manage workload distribution, KPIs, and effective shift handovers
- Ensure full compliance with aviation security, customs, and internal policies
- Conduct quality checks on documentation, routings, and supplier bookings
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Support cost control through effective supplier management and accurate costing
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will have proven experience within AOG or time critical air freight operations with strong knowledge of air freight processes, customs requirements and MAWB documentation. You will have proven team leadership or supervisory experience, able to coach, develop and mentor your team.
It goes without saying that you will be a natural communicator, problem solver, negotiator and influencer who is able to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
