We’re looking for a Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy.
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting deep into data while influencing high-level product decisions. You’ll have the autonomy to explore data creatively, the exposure to work closely with senior leadership, and the satisfaction of seeing your insights directly shape business outcomes.
Role
This role is ideal for someone who remains hands-on with the technical side of product analysis, diving into data, building dashboards, and uncovering insights while also being comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders to shape decisions and influence direction across the business.
You’ll play a critical role in turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive product growth, customer value, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior leaders to identify opportunities that enhance product performance and customer outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide product strategy and prioritisation.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, track performance, and measure product impact.
- Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders, balancing analytical rigour with strong business storytelling.
- Stay curious and proactive seeking ways to automate processes, optimise data pipelines, and improve analytical accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product, data, or business analysis, ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytical languages such as Python or R.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior, non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to inform strategy and execution.
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to transform complex data into clear narratives.
Benefits
- Hybrid working (2 days in London office)
- Private Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision) and Life Assurance
- 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days at a rate of 1 extra day per year)
- Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays for the months of July and August)
- Employer pension contribution of 5% of your gross salary, if you contribute a minimum of 3%
- Season Ticket Loan
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Wellbeing support: Sanctus Coaching, virtual fitness sessions, wellbeing webinars, annual wellbeing day
Here at Orgvue we promote individualism and a diverse workforce to build on our future success
