Neuro Rehab Occupational Therapist

JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Neuro Rehab Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £22-£26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. This full time (37.5hrs/week) role covers Monday to Friday only, the shift times will be 9am - 5pm.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.

Skills/Experience required:
- Experience working with various neurological conditions including Stroke, Acute Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Rehabilitation and Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness.
- Able to complete thorough initial assessments and work collaboratively with MDT. Thorough documentation skills.
- Confident with treatment of complex and specialist cases within field of neurological therapy. Strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Good understanding of relationship between physical, cognitive, psychological and social dimensions of illness. Knowledge of current legislation.
- Ability to conduct appropriate Risk Assessments as needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient with computer usage and online systems.
