Nanny in Wimbledon, Job ID J2211A
A lovely family based in Wimbledon, London , is seeking an experienced Full-time Live-in Nanny to care for their three children, aged 3, 5, and 9 years old .
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, organised, and confident caring for children of different ages. The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting a child with additional needs and confidently managing school runs, daily routines, and age-appropriate activities. A driver with the ability to drive an automatic vehicle is essential for this role.
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the children's care, including morning and evening routines, school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing simple nutritious meals, supporting homework, and encouraging learning through play. The family's 5-year-old has allergies to sesame and nuts and carries an EpiPen , so the nanny must be confident following allergy management procedures. The role also includes light housekeeping related to the children.
The successful candidate will be provided with private accommodation , including a bedroom and bathroom .
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm , with Tuesdays and Thursdays finishing at 6:00 pm , plus Saturday mornings for a couple of hours , for a total of approximately 40 hours per week .
Duties include:
- providing attentive care for three children aged 3, 5, and 9 years old
- supporting the children's morning and evening routines
- assisting with dressing, breakfast, dinner, and bedtime preparation
- managing school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
- accompanying the youngest child to and from school using public transport when required
- supporting the 9-year-old with additional needs
- supervising after-school activities and collecting the younger child from after-school clubs
- providing homework assistance and supporting educational development
- engaging the children in indoor and outdoor activities
- preparing and cooking simple, nutritious meals, snacks, and breakfasts for the children
- maintaining awareness of the 5-year-old's sesame and nut allergies and following allergy management procedures
- carrying out light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry, tidying bedrooms, and organising play areas
- creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment
The family is looking for someone who can start on 12th September 2026 .
