· Train end users, ensuring adoption and embedding of new processes
· Continuously improve planning processes and propose best‑practice solutions aligned with business needs
· Support wider FP&A transformation initiatives and integration of reporting tools such as Power BI
· Future proofing and development of automated solutions for reporting
· Working collaboratively with the other members of the Specialty FP&A and wider finance team
Qualifications & Capabilities:

Strong understanding of insurance financials, including premiums, claims, commissions, expenses, and drivers
Ability to design scalable, modular, high‑performance Anaplan architectures

Demonstrated success automating forecasting and budgeting processes
Background partnering with FP&A teams during transformation or system implementation programmes (e.g., new planning tools, data lake integrations)
Experience working with source systems common in insurance finance environments (e.g., SUN, HRIS, consolidation tools)
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines and during peak planning cycles
Team player with a “can-do” mentality who is able to work independently and collaboratively
Curious and confident in challenging the status quo to improve processes and outcomes
Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
