Functional Skills Tutor
Our client, a leading education provider in Welling, Kent, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-time Functional Skills Tutor to join their passionate team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £25 to £35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
You will play a crucial role in empowering learners to develop essential skills in English, Maths, and ICT. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of adult learners, helping them gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to achieve their goals.
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant teaching qualification, such as PTLLS, CTLLS, or DTLLS
- Experience in delivering Functional Skills courses to adult learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance the learning experience
- A passion for helping others reach their full potential
