EA to VP
As the EA to VP, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the VP.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain and update confidential records and files.
- Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general office support as required.
