As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher and senior leadership team in driving school improvement, fostering positive relationships within the school community, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all areas. This position offers valuable leadership experience without requiring prior curriculum management responsibilities. Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, students, parents, and external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of secondary education systems preferred but not essential.
