Sales Manager United Kingdom
We are now recruiting a Sales Manager to join Klättermusen.
Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. The designs combine utility and extreme durability, always with consideration of the environment in mind. Klättermusen supports and inspire outdoor enthusiasts through unforgiving weather conditions and unpredictable terrains. Rigorously tested in real-world conditions, the equipment embodies Klättermusen’s commitment to creating the best and most sustainable equipment available.
We are currently looking to hire a full time Sales Manager for the UK. The roles main tasks will be sales, customer service and support.
This person will play an important role within the UK for Klättermusen. The role will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, in-house and/or virtual sell in meetings.
Identify and engage with potential new customers in the United Kingdom
Weekly and monthly reporting
Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
Support our Head of Sales Europe
Travel (80%) to visit customers in the UK
Consistent performance and professionalism on a sales level
Planning sales seasons and strategies
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Wholesale customer support and service
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
Min. 3 year of experience as (specialist) field sales or tec rep, preferably in the outdoor, skiing, running, sports and/or fashion sector.
Excellent customer service and a feel for how to create exceptional customer experiences
Passion for the outdoors
Energetic, with a positive attitude and predisposition to improving themselves and others.
Good knowledge within MS Excel
Strong verbal and written professional communication skills, in both English and German.
An ability to operate efficiently and autonomously
Strong discipline, well-structure and an ability to organise
Fluent or Native in English is a must, any other language a bonus
The position is based in the UK and reports to our Head of Sales Europe.
