Our client, a friendly and progressive Good primary in Tooting , is recruiting an energetic Year 3 Teacher to start a Full-Time role in January 2026 . The successful Year 3 Teacher will join a collaborative KS2 team and will play a central role from January 2026 in delivering a creative and standards-driven curriculum. This Year 3 Teacher role is ideal for someone who loves planning rich, enquiry-led topics and who thrives in a school with high expectations and strong pastoral care.

Year 3 Teacher – responsibilities
• The Year 3 Teacher will plan, prepare and deliver ambitious lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• The Year 3 Teacher will assess pupils and use data-driven strategies to accelerate progress.
• The Year 3 Teacher will lead small-group interventions, contribute to enrichment and liaise with parents.
• The Year 3 Teacher will participate fully in school events and pastoral duties.
Year 3 Teacher – requirements
• QTS and proven experience teaching KS2 or Year 3.
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• A Year 3 Teacher who can start planning in late December and be ready to teach from January 2026 .
Contract & start
This is a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher post starting January 2026 . The school provides induction beginning in January 2026 and ongoing mentoring throughout the spring term. The Full-Time Year 3 Teacher contract offers long-term stability and clear progression.
