Retail Manager - Automotive Sales

Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £60,000

We’re seeking a results-driven Retail Manager with a strong track record in automotive sales to take charge of sales operations and inspire a high-performing team.

Must-Have Experience

✅ Proven Automotive Sales Executive background (minimum requirement)
✅ Strong financial & commercial understanding
✅ Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to exceed potential
✅ Demonstrated success in driving finance and add-on performance
✅ Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Proven ability to work within a team towards shared objectives and personal goals

Preferred Background

• High-achieving Sales Executive , Sales Controller , or Business Manager experience

The Role

You’ll be leading a team to exceed sales, finance, and add-on targets while ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where your leadership will directly impact performance.
