Location: Locations across London – (Liverpool St, Stratford & some shifts in Stansted) Hours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week) Shifts: Combination of daytime and evening/night shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Sales Agent to join our team selling Flibco coach tickets in London and Stansted. You’ll be the face of the brand — engaging with travellers, promoting ticket sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact to purchase.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and can perform confidently when working independently, as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Actively approach and engage potential customers to promote and sell Flibco coach tickets.

· Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries, providing travel information, and assisting with ticket purchases.

· Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive and confident selling.

· Provide regular, up-to-date reports on coach arrivals and departures via various channels

· Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

· Always represent the Flibco brand professionally and positively.

· Work independently and take initiative to maximise sales during quieter periods.

· Collaborate with the wider sales and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.

Requirements

· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar face-to-face role is essential.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including day and night shifts.

· Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach.

· Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

What We Offer

· Competitive base salary of £12.21 per hour (Increased when working night shift).

· OTE £30,000 - £36,000

· Overtime (+15% of hourly rate), monthly performance bonuses and commission structure based on sales performance
