Graduate Electrical Engineer

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers. We're looking for hands-on, detail-driven Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our team onsite in London. You'll work closely with engineers who joined us from the likes of Tesla and SpaceX, helping to plan, design and build utility-scale renewable energy projects across the world. This role suits someone who thrives on ambiguity, reasons from first principles and brings real engineering rigour: you'll move between project types, own technical deliverables end to end, and weigh how each engineering decision affects cost, schedule and project viability.
