Ready to lead meaningful change in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of strategic initiatives that drive real impact across our business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and deliver projects with precision and purpose. What you'll do

  • You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more projects, ensuring success across scope, team coordination, resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
  • You'll ensure strict adherence to governance procedures in collaboration with the Portfolio Governance team, completing all required documentation and checkpoints.
  • You'll follow the Group Portfolio team's standard methodology, utilising approved templates and maintaining compliance with governance processes.
  • You'll organise, motivate, and direct project teams and stakeholders toward successful project outcomes through effective leadership and communication.
  • You'll manage key stakeholders and contribute continuously to the development and improvement of the Change team’s practices.

Qualifications



ABOUT YOU

  • You have over 2 years of experience in end-to-end project management (5+ years for Senior PM roles), handling complex projects across various domains, including technology implementation in the financial services industry.
  • You possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders—ranging from subject matter experts to senior decision-makers—and can influence and facilitate strategic decisions effectively.
  • You are skilled in creative problem-solving, self-management, and initiative-taking, with strong presentation abilities in both written and oral formats.
  • You hold a professional qualification in project management and are highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

  • Degree level qualification
  • Prince 2 Certified
