We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial - Specialty RX to join Norgine.

MAIN PURPOSE:

The Head of Commercial (Speciality Rx) will play a critical role in devising and implementing the commercial strategy for Norgine’s Speciality Rx portfolio in UKI. The role demands strategic leadership, effective team management, and a dedicated focus on achieving market growth and financial goals in alignment with Norgine’s broader corporate goals. Member of UKI Leadership Team.

Requirements

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a tailored commercial strategy to ensure successful market penetration, optimal patient outcomes and sustained growth of Norgine’s Speciality Rx products across entire product lifecycle.

Team Development and Management:

Manage and develop the Sales and Marketing function to identify insights, develop and implement tactics which satisfy customer requirements in a compliant and profitable process.

Culture:

Embed patient centric, high performance culture fostering of excellence, achievement, compliance, and continuous improvement across Speciality Rx function and UKI affiliate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Sales and Marketing Excellence:

Propel commercial activities which satisfy customer needs and meet or exceed annual revenue targets by developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies specific to the market.

• Portfolio Management and launch excellence

Manage Speciality Rx portfolio across entire lifecycle whilst developing platform for the launch excellence for new products to ensure effective market entry, rapid uptake, and robust establishment within the healthcare system.

• Cross Functional Collaboration

Establish strong cross functional network with key functions such Global, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, HR and Finance.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups, to enhance Norgine’s market presence and product acceptance.

• Performance Metrics and Market Analysis:

Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and product performance, adjusting strategies to maximise market share.

• Budget Management:

Manage and oversee budgets for commercial projects and customer-related activities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and financial sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive senior-level experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of strategic commercial leadership.

• Deep understanding of the UKI healthcare system, including knowledge of national and local health systems, reimbursement

and stakeholder engagement.
