About the Role: We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive team at an outstanding primary school in Newham. This role is integral in helping children with diverse learning needs flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Early Years TA Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Newham, your role will include: * Morning Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including those with ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
* Inclusive Learning: Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students, using your skills to support diverse learning needs.
* Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.

* Nappy Changing: Must be comfortable and experienced with nappy changing.
* Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who upholds high standards and brings out the best in pupils.
* Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
* Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs.
* Team Player: Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
