HR Administrator - 6 Month FTC

A fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable HR Administrator to join a highly regarded US law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate and arrange interviews, manage diaries, maintain interview packs and track all applications received
  • Prepare contracts of employment and offer letters
  • Enter new hires on the firms HRIS
  • Coordinate the Induction process, working with other business services teams to achieve this
  • Liaise with payroll to confirm new starter details, P45 etc.
  • Coordinate and track probation periods for all new joiners
  • Maintain database of all speculative CV’s received, sending appropriate responses
  • Provide administrative support for all trainee recruitment, seat rotation, and end of seat probations etc.
  • Assist with the vacation, summer intern/work experience programme
  • Assist with the administration of maintaining Right to Work documentation for each employee and track / maintain a spreadsheet of employees

HR Administrator Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a reputable City law firm
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills is required for this role
  • Familiarity with Business Systems (iManage preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail in terms of accuracy with excellent proofing skills
