Systems Officer (Term Time 39+3 weeks) – North London – £35-38K (FTE)

The Role

We’re seeking a Systems Officer /Administrator to serve as the central systems administrator and data ‘go-to person. You’ll have a number of duties including managing the core platforms (iSAMS, HubSpot) and provide crucial insights that helps the staff tailor their support. This role combines technical expertise with administrative support, offering an envious position at the heart of the school’s operations.

We are also keen to hear from candidates who might have excellent : SIMS – ARBOR or Bromcom skills who would like to add iSAMS to their knowledge

Key responsibilities include:

• Systems Administration: Manage and maintain iSAMS (MIS) and HubSpot (CRM) systems
• Data Analysis: Produce reports and dashboards to track student progress and inform decision-making.
• Timetabling: Plan and create school timetables.
• General Administration: Provide IT support, manage our website, and assist with key administrative tasks.
• You are a systems-savvy professional with an understanding for using data to improve outcomes. It could be that you have come from a school administration background and are keen to move into the world of systems/data.
