The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, and a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Within this, Jacqueline will be our elegant brasserie concept — refined yet welcoming, where classic dishes meet modern flair.

We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join the Serra kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an opening brigade, working alongside experienced chefs to deliver seasonal menus, exquisite flavours, and memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised section in line with HACCP standards.

• Accurately follow recipes and technical sheets while building knowledge of menu allergens and ingredients.

• Take pride in your section and contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture.

• Uphold Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.

About You

• Some previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel or high-quality restaurant.

• A genuine passion for food, learning, and career growth.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a positive attitude.

• Pride in delivering consistency and quality in every dish.
