Qualification

• Work forpublic sector and adjacentclientssupporting their missions associated with UK sovereign transformation

• Work with clients through strategy,solutionand delivery, using bespoke methods to research, test and deploy securely at scale

• Learn and grow - we actively encourage and support continuous learning and certification

• Serve as a cloud, data, and AIevangelist, educating customers on the valuesuch technologies and approachescan bring to transform their business

As an AI& DataArchitecture Senior Manager, you will:

• Align complex businessobjectiveswith scalable, secure cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals

• Drive innovation across data, AI, security, and multi-cloud strategies, enabling digital transformation

• Design use-case and platform technology architectures to solve key business challenges using reference andcutting-edgetechnologies and architectural patterns

• Work in multi-disciplinary teams to refine and deliver architecture, supporting the delivery frominceptionthrough to production

• Provide technical leadership to shape technology strategy and solution design, managing and supporting other architects and engineers

• Contribute to theSTSand widerData & AI community, sharing insights and experience guiding the creation and establishment of standard patterns and templates for emerging technologies based on client delivery experience and research

• Drive innovation across data, AI, security, and multi-cloud strategies, enabling digital transformation

• Mentor managers and consultants, building technical capability and leadership within the team

• Engage senior stakeholders, presenting cloud strategies and architectures to executive boards and governance forums

We are looking for experienceacross several ofthe following skills and experience:

• AI/ML architectural patterns,best practices, and platform technologies

• Experience designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management

• Data solution design,selecting theappropriate cloud-nativeservices for dataprocessing, management, and storage,with an emphasis on serverlessmicroservices

• Cloud infrastructure (networking, security, monitoring, scaling)

• Experience being a hands-on data architect (only when needed)with programme languageslikeJava, Scala,Python, or architecture-as-code such aslinkml, turtle, owl

• Experience with both open source and vendor data platforms

• Experience with data architecture, architectural concepts,methodologiesand approaches

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Experience of designing for both structured and unstructured data

• Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensuresynergy

• Collaborate meaningfully with all parties to ensure outcomes are reached effectively
• Whilst having experience in a consultancy is beneficial, demonstrable experience in working with clients/external partners in other settings will always be considered.

Set yourself apart:

• Foundational certifications in AWS and/or GCP

• Specialist certifications in AWS and/or GCP on data engineering and/or AI/ML(e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty)
