Global Mobility Coordinator
The Global Mobility Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Squarepoint's 'Global Move' Program. Reporting to the Global Move Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating new hire relocations, supporting business travel immigration requirements, managing day-to-day mobility operations, and ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting.
Position Overview:
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation support for new hires, from offer acceptance through to arrival and onboarding.
- Manage immigration, tax and relocation vendor activities for new hires to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Partner with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, Compliance and external vendors to support mobility activities.
- Support global business travel visa requests and coordinate initiation of applications with immigration providers.
- Manage the Global Mobility inbox, responding to queries and triaging requests as appropriate.
- Maintain mobility tracker, work-in-progress reports, and employee case records.
- Review and approve mobility-related expenses in Workday in line with company policies.
- Draft and prepare mobility documentation including relocation offer letters and business visa invitation letters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and employee records within the Mobility drive and HR systems.
- Support mobility reporting, process improvements, and day-to-day operational activities across the Global Mobility function.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience using HR systems (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting relocations, immigration processes or business travel programmes.
- Ability to handle confidential information and provide a high level of employee service.
