As Head Chef, you will:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated catering team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals.

• Design and oversee menus tailored to patient needs, dietary requirements, and seasonal produce.

• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.

• Manage stock control, budgets, and supplier relationships efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to support patient recovery through well-balanced, thoughtful meals.

? About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified and experienced chef, with a proven background in leading a kitchen team.

• Passionate about nutrition, quality, and presentation.

• Skilled in managing dietary requirements (allergens, texture-modified diets, etc.).

• An excellent communicator and leader, able to motivate and develop staff.

• Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and compliance
