As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Develop personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families.

Package and Benefits:

The Paediatric Clinical Lead role comes with a comprehensive package:

  • Annual salary between £45,000 - £50,000.
  • 45p per mile for business travel.
  • Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days from home, 3 in the community.
  • Monday to Friday, 9-5 schedule with no weekends or nights.
  • 33 days holiday.

The ideal candidate for the Paediatric Clinical Lead position will have:

  • Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) status with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team.
  • Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience, suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
