Sous Chef - Be Part of Something New!
Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £16.69 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Head Chef to run a smooth, efficient kitchen.
- Create and present dishes that impress every time.
- Lead and inspire the team, supporting training and development.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements.
- Manage stock, ordering, and cost control effectively.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills and a flair for presentation.
- Calm and confident under pressure during busy service.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pastry experience? That’s a fantastic bonus!
