Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £16.69 per hour

As our Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, bringing passion, precision, and leadership to the team. You’ll have the freedom to showcase your skills, influence menus, and work in an environment where quality and innovation come first.
What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Head Chef to run a smooth, efficient kitchen.
• Create and present dishes that impress every time.
• Lead and inspire the team, supporting training and development.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements.
• Manage stock, ordering, and cost control effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and a flair for presentation.
• Calm and confident under pressure during busy service.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Pastry experience? That’s a fantastic bonus!
