The Best Connection Enfield are recruiting a Yard Operative for a long-term client based in Enfield, Brimwdown EN3. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Family Owned Business supplying roofing and building materials.
Shift & Pay Details for The Yard Operative
Location: Enfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm
Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am
Pay Rate: £12.80 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a busy yard team, duties will include:
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Assisting customers in the yard
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Manual handling of roofing and construction materials
- Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous yard Operative, warehouse or construction experience preferred
- Good level of physical fitness
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team
