Fooditude are looking for a Head Barista and Lounge Host to provide superb service at a prestigious client site in Central London. The role not just about making great coffee - it's about creating an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and valued. We're on the lookout for someone outgoing and cheerful who enjoys creating a warm, welcoming vibe for our guests.

As a Head Barista and Lounge Host, you'll be the first person guests and employees see when they arrive at the modern staff lounge area. You will craft excellent coffee, maintain an inviting and clean barista area, and keep the energy high with your personality and customer service skills throughout the day.

Key responsibilities:

Has excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly and professional

Preparing baristaquality coffee

Possessing a creative flair to enhance the visual appeal of food and beverage offer

Passionate about sustainability and promoting wellbeing

Engaging with employees and guests in a bubbly, approachable manner

Stock management and replenishment of snacks offer for client

Take pride in superb customer service, self presentation and cleanliness

This is a fulltime role, perfect for someone looking for a work life balance. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.
