The opportunity
We’re expanding our UK BDR team and looking for a Business Development Representative to help accelerate our growth across the UK & Ireland. You’ll join an experienced go-to-market team, working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine our outbound strategy, open doors with upper mid-market and enterprise brands, and build a high-quality pipeline. This is a chance to make a big impact in a fast-growing scale-up
with a proven product and strong traction.
Location: London (hybrid)
Working pattern: In-office Tuesday–Thursday each week; Monday &
Friday typically from home.
- Identify, qualify and engage outbound leads in the UK & Ireland
(upper mid-market and enterprise).
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, social
selling, cold calling, events, partner plays).
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate qualified
opportunities and book high-quality meetings.
- Localise and continually iterate our messaging and approach for
the UK audience.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline hygiene and reporting in
HubSpot (CRM).
- Capture market feedback to improve our positioning, content and playbooks.
About you (What we’re looking for)
- 1+ year as a BDR/SDR, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth start-up/scale-up environment.
- Fluent English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, CDPs and Customer Engagement Platforms is a strong plus.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is another strong plus.
- Highly curious, organised and resilient; motivated by iterating playbooks and contributing to team best practice.
- Comfortable with outbound targets and a metrics-driven approach.
- Able to commute to our London office Tuesday–Thursday each week.
