Project Manager
Reporting to: Delivery Director Overview An established retail fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver fast-track shopfitting projects for premium retail brands across the UK. This is an end-to-end, client-facing role with full responsibility from survey through to handover and commercial close-out. Key Responsibilities * Manage retail fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion * Act as the main client contact during delivery * Lead design coordination, subcontractor procurement, and programme planning * Maintain full control of site safety, quality, programme, and cost * Manage variations, risk, and commercial performance * Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to achieve snag-free delivery * Oversee handover, O&M manuals, as-builts, and defects management Experience Required * Proven Project Manager experience within retail fit-out / shopfitting * Strong technical and trade knowledge * Experience delivering fast-track, multi-site retail projects * Confident client-facing communicator * Strong commercial and programme control skills Personal Attributes * Ownership mindset * Calm under pressure * Highly organised and detail-focused * Commercially aware and quality driven Package * Competitive salary * Consistent project pipeline * Exposure to premium retail brands * All accomodation paid * All travel paid
