Power Platform Engineer

Interviewing Immediately Hayward Hawk are working with a leading organisation in their search for a Senior Power Platform Engineer to join on a contract-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem while shaping long-term solutions for the business. **Please note there are no sponsorship opportunities available for this role*** The Role
- Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps.
- Create and optimise automated processes with Power Automate.
- Manage and manipulate data using SQL, ensuring smooth integration between systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the Power Platform environment.
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
- Solid hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong capability in SQL (queries, optimisation, and data handling).
- Knowledge of how to integrate data and work with connectors across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ideally some exposure to Copilot Studio or similar tools.
- Any background with Power BI, Azure services, or DevOps pipelines would be a plus.
- A problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
