Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £90 - £105 per day Contract Type: Long Term, Full Time Working Hours: 08:30 am - 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

What You'll Be Doing:
One-to-One & Group Support: Provide tailored support to pupils, helping them achieve their potential. Support Learning Plans: Assist in putting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) into action. Inclusive Classrooms: Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom for all learners. Skill Building: Help children develop important academic, social, and emotional skills. Monitor Progress: Keep track of pupil progress and share insights with teachers and parents. Behaviour Support: Assist with classroom behaviour and routines.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting).

A caring, patient, and understanding approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to supporting inclusive learning for all students.

Relevant training or qualifications (in education/SEN) are a plus.

Important Info:
A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential. All applicants will be subject to background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
