What You Will Do:

Triage incoming safeguarding referrals to assess suitability for enquiry.

Determine appropriate actions to mitigate risk and enhance client safety.

Address complex cases and crises, such as self-neglect and domestic abuse.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in safeguarding.

Proficient in completing S42 safeguarding work.

Proven track record of developing comprehensive protection plans reflecting service user input.

Ability to handle complex scenarios and crisis situations with expertise and professionalism.
