Temporary Retail Sales Assistant

The role:
We're looking for temporary Sales Assistants to join our Flagship Store over May, June and July with a range of part time and full time roles available.
As a Sales Assistant at RIXO, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and styling advice. You will support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while contributing to sales targets and brand success.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
Provide expert styling advice, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards.
Support in-store events, launches, and promotions.
Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up to date with RIXO collections, trends, and brand initiatives.
Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Consistently drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service.
Drive sales through add-on opportunities with customers.
Keep visual displays and merchandising at a high standard.
Maintain a clean and organized shop floor and stock rooms.
Regularly replenish and update visual merchandising to maximize sales.
Requirements:
Available in May, June and July.
Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury.
Passion for styling and a strong understanding of fashion trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
