SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start
Location: South London
Salary: £95 - £105 per day

A well-established specialist provision in South London is seeking a committed and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting pupils across KS2-KS4 with a range of complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing targeted support to pupils with diverse SEN profiles
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver EHCP outcomes
- Encouraging emotional regulation, independence, and positive behaviour
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Ensuring consistent implementation of safeguarding and behaviour policies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in SEN or specialist settings (education, residential, or youth work)
- A calm, resilient, and flexible approach to supporting pupil needs
- Strong understanding of autism, SEMH, and sensory processing challenges
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
- A DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
