As a Clinical Lead, you will:
  • Lead and manage the clinical care team.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support staff development.
  • Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
  • Offer clinical leadership across both day and night shifts.

  • Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations.
