Salesforce Developer - Agentforce / Field Service | Salesforce Partner

Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum

They are one of the fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies, with a strong focus on Agentforce (Field Service Cloud) and Data Cloud solutions - helping clients streamline field operations, improve customer experience, and drive digital efficiency.
As a Salesforce Developer (Agentforce / Field Service), you'll be a key member of their delivery team - designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customise Agentforce / Field Service Lightning solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical designs.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
Skills & Experience
3-5 years' Salesforce development experience, ideally within a consultancy or partner setup.
Expertise in Field Service Cloud (Agentforce) and Sales Cloud.
Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Field Service Consultant / PDII preferred.
Strong communicator with client-facing experience.
