Maintenance / Service Engineer
As a Maintenance/Service Engineer based in Livingston you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing and calibrating equipment for our won hire fleet and customer owned equipment, including, where relevant carrying out services at customer premises
- Competently carrying out technical demonstrations on the company's full range of hire products
- Supplying regional support on the specialist range of equipment that is operated from the central support facility at the HQ in Chesterfield
- Providing telephone technical support both internally and externally
- Delivering first class customer back up including attending breakdowns, providing onsite technical support and training, carrying out site audits and providing feedback to customers and supervisors A proven mechanical engineering/mechanics background
- Electrical, hydraulic and component fault finding background/experience
- Flexible disposition
- Aptitude to learn quickly
