This is an exciting opportunity to join my client, an innovative, sustainably-minded Multidisciplinary Consultancy, currently in the process of establishing themselves as an industry-leading team of design professionals in the Water and wider Civil Engineering sectors. They are actively seeking a capable, determined Graduate Civil Engineer with a particular interest in drainage and non-infrastructure design. You will work alongside a newly-established team of design engineers, based in the iconic, vibrant Capital City of London.

Responsibilities for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer include:

Delivering an array of projects and developments across the residential, commercial, and industrial landscapes
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders across the public and private sectors
Preparing technical documents, including reports and calculations
Attending site visits

Required skills and experience for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer include:

A UK Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering
A keen interest in working with water-based, non-infrastructure projects (such as reservoirs, water treatment plants, pumping stations, etc.)
Good knowledge of drainage systems and strategies
Proficient with various design software packages (including Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable skills and experience for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer include:

A UK Master's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering, or a similar, relevant discipline
A commitment to attaining Chartered Status
Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
Experience of working in a design-based role, within a UK-based consultancy setting
Some experience of preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Sustainable Drainage Design (SuDS)
