THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive new business growth across Local Authorities and Schools, securing partnerships for specialist education support programmes. This is a consultative, relationship-led role where you'll generate opportunities, build stakeholder relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to retention.

LOCATION: Hybrid role based in London, combining home working with regular office time in Brixton (typically Tuesday to Thursday) and face-to-face client meetings where required.

* Experience selling into Local Authorities and/or Schools

* Proven new business success

* Strong relationship-building skills

* Service-led sales background preferred

* Motivated, resilient and commercially driven

PACKAGE:

* £50,000 basic salary

* £15,000 uncapped OTE
